We are looking for a People Team Administrator to join our team. You will be providing administrative support to The People Team and on occasions the wider directorate. The role requires a high quality and accurate administrative support service.

Key responsibilities:
* Dealing with effective enquiries via electronic platforms, on the telephone and face-to-face
* Knowledge of Microsoft Office, IT skills, designing staff communication posters
* Supporting with carrying out recruitment administration during campaigns, interview/assessment days and onboarding
* Maintain accurate and up to date employee records within the HR system to ensure data integrity and compliance
To succeed in this role, you’ll need:
* Experience of providing an administration role
* Ability to plan and manage own workload within established guidelines
* Ability to maintain confidentiality
* Ability to produce documents accurately to a high standard and maintain accurate and readable records
