If this sounds like you, we really want to hear from you. You will require the following skills:
1. 2 years' experience in residential child care
2. 1 year management experience
3. Level 3 in Children's Residential Care
4. Level 5 in Leadership and Management for Residential Childcare
5. Full UK driving licence
