Key Duties: Develop and maintain financial models to assess store-level profitability and new store opportunities. Provide property analysis, store P&L analysis, and financial support to Marketing and HR. Collaborate with the Finance Business Partner to enhance reporting tools and data analytics. Build, maintain, and improve the sales bonus scheme, ensuring accuracy and alignment with business objectives. Analyse sales performance and provide insights to senior stakeholders. Support period-end reporting, budgeting, and forecasting for personnel costs. Identify efficiency opportunities within existing financial processes and reporting structures. Drive automation and system enhancements, reducing manual work and improving accuracy. Support the Finance Department restructure, ensuring smooth transitions for reporting responsibilities.
