Role Overview: As a Property Accounts Assistant, you will be responsible for:
Reconciliation of client monies and credit control
Managing purchase ledger and preparing rental statements
Processing agent fees and handling incoming and outgoing deposits
Collaborating with Property Managers and the Accounts team to reconcile bank accounts
Ideal Candidate:
Exceptional organizational and communication skills
Ability to manage a demanding workload and maintain composure under pressure
Strong customer service skills and a professional demeanor
Experience with VAT and property-related accounts is advantageous
Service charge experience is desirable but not essential
Must hold a full driving license and have access to a personal vehicle
