You will be working for an Anglian based main contractor with an excellent reputation within the local market. With numerous offices across the region, they operate across numerous client sectors, including leisure, education, health and residential.
Your new role
You will be working within the retail team on their large food retail accounts. As a project manager, you will be largely site based. As these are national accounts, there will be working away required of which expenses will be covered.
Your responsibilities include:
* Manage all phases of retail construction projects, including planning, execution, and closeout.
* Coordinate with clients, architects, engineers, and subcontractors to ensure project goals are met.
* Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and quality control measures.
* Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress and ensure compliance with safety regulations.
* Resolve any issues or conflicts that arise during the construction process.
* Prepare and present project reports to stakeholders.
What you'll need to succeed
* Previous experience of food retail construction projects
* Experience working in live environments
* Proficiency in project management software
* Good client-facing skills
