We’re recruiting a Project Manager on a Fixed Term Contract (Maternity Cover) to join our innovative and successful team, based in Worthing (West Sussex).

* Fixed Term Contract for 11 months
* Hybrid working – 2 days in our Worthing office, 3 days working from home
* Salary range: £35,000 to 40,000 basic salary (FTE)
* Start date mid Nov 2024 through to mid Oct 2025
About the role
The key objective of this role is to own the primary responsibility for the successful delivery of client implementation projects within timescales, cost and quality targets, managing change requests where appropriate. Working with the team of technical engineers in delivery of successful client engagements and the scheduling of resource to maintain our high standards to customers.
Duties and Responsibilities
The following constitute the primary responsibilities for the Project Manager, with any other aspects necessary to support the technical engineering team.
* Managing the professional services scheduling
* Liaising with clients and engineers to align engineering resource to project delivery timescales
* Working with Technical Director to align technical skills to projects
* Ensuring that engineers work to their targets, balancing customer needs with engineers work/life balance
* Maintaining the Professional Services engineering calendar
* Provide logistical support to engineer engagements
* Managing Travel/Accommodation budgets
* Working with Business Support team
* Maintaining central visibility and understanding of active project status
* Managing a small team of Project Support Officers
* Acting as central client liaison, maintaining strong client relationships and act as a point of escalation for clients involved in the implementation of projects
* Engaging in project reviews
* Ensuring good communication is maintained for each and throughout project engagements
* Maintaining Risk/Issue register
* Maintaining Change register and acting as bridge to Account Manager on work items requested outside of agreed Statement of Works
* Creating and managing our Project Implementation Plans
* Review project documentation to ensure quality of documentation presented to customers is meeting standard
* Ensure PS engineers are prepared to deliver customer engagements
* Communicate and liaise with other company functions/depts. to ensure achievement of company professional services, ensuring we act as a single team
* Review CRM usage across team and highlight corrections where required
* Ensure PS team have the required resources to deliver assigned project engagements
* Maintain and improve Professional Service procedures
* Provide monthly reporting to internal management
Desirable skills
* PMP/Prince 2 or similar Project Management certification

You’ll join our Project Management team, part of Professional Services, working in our office in Worthing, West Sussex (on a hybrid basis), and you will play a pivotal role in our successful team.
