We require a time served Mechanical / Multi-skilled Craftsperson to work alternating day and night shifts 4 on 4 off & provide annual leave cover for colleagues when required. You will be fully conversant with all aspects of engineering services, steam and condense installations, H.V.A.C. plant, buildings maintenance and DHW services. A sound knowledge of steam raising equipment is essential.
• This post requires a person who can fit into a flexible, reactive and demanding
• department, carrying out a variety of duties of great importance to the Trust.
• You will be required to work alongside other disciplines in the Trust, and it is essential that you are courteous, well-mannered, and professional at all times, and have the ability to communicate well with others.
• Work as a team member with Estates managers to provide mechanical support.
• Liaise with wards and departments on service interruptions and shut downs.
