Skills Bootcamps Programme
Skills Bootcamps aim to help Londoners aged 19+ to enter employment, upskill or change career and are open to adults who are full-time or part-time employed, self-employed or unemployed, as well as adults returning to work after a break.
About the role
A Senior Project Officer (SPO) in the Skills Bootcamps team will manage allocated providers, ensuring that the quality and key performance metrics for the Skills Bootcamps for Londoners programme are achieved. The role will support end to end project management, with a focus around supporting projects to deliver good quality provision.
The SPO will review the project on a monthly basis, managing performance, quality of delivery and risk mitigation. They will take proactive actions to manage the programme outputs – mainly job outcomes for Londoners enrolled on the Skills Bootcamps.

* Engaging with project stakeholders – internally and externally
* Promoting and enabling equality of opportunities, promoting the diverse needs and aspirations of London’s communities and working towards addressing barriers to their participation.
