Do you know who’s topping the charts, what festivals are trending, or when presale tickets drop?
We’re on the lookout for a culturally plugged-in Customer Comms Specialist to work on a loyalty campaign app that gives customers exclusive perks—like presale ticket access to the UK’s hottest gigs, shows, and festivals, weekly rewards, and big-name brand offers.
About the Role:
You’ll be driving customer engagement through email, SMS, and app campaigns to boost downloads and interaction with the loyalty app. From writing creative briefs to collaborating with internal agencies and stakeholders, you’ll be a key player in building standout comms.
We’re looking for someone who:
* Lives and breathes pop culture (music, football, festivals) – professionally or as a hobby
* Has solid B2C marketing experience
* Can write creative and compelling content (copywriting / creative briefs)
* Is confident, collaborative, and a self-starter
* Ideally has experience working on a loyalty app or rewards programme
* Can leverage tools like AI / ChatGPT to enhance content creation and ideation
The loyalty app offers rewards like weekly surprises, discounts at popular brands (think food, shopping, entertainment), and presale access to major UK events. Your role is to make sure customers are excited to use it.
