This role offers the opportunity to manage one of their key retail accounts within the Grocery channel, helping drive commercial success and enhance brand presence in the market.
Role Overview
As the National Account Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing a major retail account, ensuring that performance targets are met or exceeded. This involves developing and implementing account strategies, optimizing distribution channels, planning effective promotions, and ensuring strong presence at points of sale (POS).
Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute customer investment and sales strategies to meet short- and long-term objectives.
Create and manage annual and long-term plans to achieve brand, category, and customer targets.
Oversee the customer portfolio, focusing on distribution, promotions, and POS presence to stay competitive and achieve market share objectives.
Manage the brand portfolio and sales mix at the customer level to meet targets for market share, sales, margins, and customer contribution.
