We are looking for an experienced Business Analyst Manager to join our IT team to manage the delivery of business analysis function, processes and procedures. Building and maintaining a motivated team, you will assess existing business processes, define and document business requirements and processes and shape opportunities to ensure that the technology/solution is effectively delivered and embedded to meet business goals.
What you’ll do:
* Manage Business Analysts performance, workload, development and KPIs.
* Define business challenges and primary objectives of new projects.
* Identify, validate and challenge functional and non-functional requirements.
* Perform feasibility studies, impact assessments, gap analysis and contribute to the business case.
* Facilitate the negotiation of scope and requirements with multiple stakeholders.
* Run workshops, formal and informal meetings for information gathering.
* Proactive handling of all incidents, problems and change requests within the IT strategic support tool according to the IT Service Management Policy.
* Ensure familiarity and compliance with the UK IT Risk Management process and procedures and undertake IT Risk training and awareness as required.
* Team, resource planning and performance management experience.
* IIBA or BCS Foundation qualification in Business Analysis.
* Knowledge of Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC).
* Skilled in modelling processes techniques (BPMN, Workflows, Swim lanes, Sequence diagrams).
* Knowledge of Waterfall and Agile methodologies.
