Who are we looking for?
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Sales Administrator to join our development team.
What will you do?
* Manage the client Validation Inbox
* Validate orders inline with the agreed SLA and Escalate orders that don’t comply
* Update forecasts for imminent orders in the MRP system
* Enter sales orders into the MRP system accurately, ensuring they align with customer requirements, stock levels and transport dates
* Communicate effectively with customers to provide updates on order status, stock availability, and delivery times
* Ensure that sales orders are processed in time for shipment, liaising with the logistics team via the transport portal
* Provide regular inventory, order, and sales reports to sales and management teams for decision-making
