EAL Teaching Assistant – Chorlton-cum-Hardy Pay: £446.90 - £500 per week Contract: Full-time, ASAP start until the end of the academic year Agency: Teaching Personnel An Ofsted-rated 'Good' secondary school in Chorlton-cum-Hardy is looking to appoint an enthusiastic and supportive EAL Teaching Assistant to join their team. This is a full-time position starting as soon as possible and continuing until the end of the academic year, with the possibility of a permanent role depending on performance. The successful candidate will work closely with students for whom English is not their first language, helping them to access the curriculum and make academic and social progress. You will play a key role in supporting EAL learners both in and out of the classroom, building their confidence in spoken and written English, and working alongside teaching staff to deliver differentiated support that meets individual needs.
