They do this by hiring brilliant people to help their customers find their dream home or unlock the true value of their property investment. They are currently looking for someone with at least 1 years’ property management experience, strong organisational skills, the ability to problem solve, and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service. Key Responsibilities Oversee and manage a portfolio of residential properties. Act as the primary contact for tenants and landlords, addressing their queries promptly. Arrange and oversee property maintenance, repairs, and inspections. Ensure properties comply with relevant regulations and safety requirements. Handle tenancy renewals, deposit returns, and contract negotiations. Conduct routine property inspections and report on findings. Manage rent payments and arrears in collaboration with the accounts team. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records using property management software. Resolve any issues or disputes in a professional and efficient manner. Work closely with other departments to ensure smooth operations.
