Job Description Oceanic Resources are pleased to be partnered with a global tier one freight forwarder who are currently searching for freight forwarders in the Hull area. The Opportunity: An opportunity to join a market leading freight forwarder who have maintained a strong name in the industry for many years. Opportunities to grow through both internal promotions and on the job L&D. Purpose: To provide an excellent customer service experience for customers. This will include completing air, sea and road freight shipments from quotation to invoice while maintaining a high level of customer care. Key Activities: Completion of end-to-end forwarding activities. Customs Entries Cost control Ensure all reports including internal and customer specific are completed within the deadline. Resolve queries from customers and suppliers. Remain in contact with customers and suppliers to maintain relationships. To take part in customer reviews when required to build up visibility and relationships with customers. Assist sales and management with customer development.
