Yard Administration Assistant We are hiring a full-time Yard Administration Assistant to join our team at Team based at our site in Bury St Edmunds. Reporting to the Yard Operations Team Leader, you will play a crucial role in our daily site salvage operation process. Key responsibilities: Booking in vehicles for collection Sorting post and responding to letters and emails Processing appropriate paperwork for vehicles to be collected or delivered Calling customers confirming the sale price of vehicles Processing payments and costing deliveries Processing, chasing and filing invoices Liaise with finance team regards buyer payments General administration duties Here's what you bring: Excellent communication and customer service skills, both written and verbally Previous experience in a similar customer facing role Excellent attention to detail Excellent organisation and time management skills Adaptable and self motivated Ability to work closely within a small team What we offer: Day shift, Monday to Friday 08.30am - 5pm Ongoing training and professional development.
