Job Description
We are looking to expand the Commercial UK business by adding an additional Account Executive. The role covers a number of ServiceNow client accounts and also requires the candidate to drive new business sales revenue across a number of verticals (for example, Business Services, Life Sciences organizations between 1,500 to 6,000 employees). The role will require strategic thinking, who is able to execute quarterly while building long-term value for the client.
What you get to do in this role:
* Develop and run a Sales strategy in the allocated territory with a target prospect list and a regional sales plan.
* Collaborate with marketing, Channel Partner, Product teams, and the ServiceNow Ecosystem to initiate marketing plans to increase growth.
* Qualify prospects and develop new sales opportunities and ongoing revenue streams.
* Own account engagement to ensure customer satisfaction and product adoption.
* Be a trusted advisor to your customers by understanding their business and advising on how ServiceNow can help their Business roadmap.
Qualifications
To be successful in this role you have:
* 6+ years of experience as a Technology Account Executive (or equivalent) role, ideally with Software and SaaS sales experience.
* Experience in IT Service Management is a benefit.
* Executive-level and C-suite relationship management experience.
* Evidence of achieving sales targets and business growth.
* Strong collaboration skills, and the ability to work in a matrixed organization, leveraging resources across multiple Business Units and product specialists.
* Ability to provide transparency to the sales process with excellent CRM hygiene and administration skills.
* Travel: Client and partner-facing meetings - 20-40%, and in some cases up to 50%.
