A history of previously working within a similar role or building services sector would be advantageous but not essential. The candidate will have a good understanding of the common Microsoft applications like Outlook, Word, PowerPoint & Excel Ability to communicate at all levels Be able to work on your own initiative Understands the importance of deadlines and works with the team to help achieve them High level of customer service JOB INFORMATION Administrator Answer phones, respond to emails, filing and other general administration duties Setting-up jobs on in-house system Raising purchase orders for subcontractors, hire equipment and materials Produce risk assessments and method statements for projects or new maintenance contracts being mobilised General support of the business development team in delivering its key responsibilities to clients Processing of orders on internal system when required Dealing with materials & plant supply chain queries around payment / approvals of invoices etc.
