Are you a dynamic, results-driven sales professional with a passion for cyber security? We are looking for an Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our team and drive high-volume outbound prospecting efforts to introduce our Penetration Testing & Risk Assessment services to key decision-makers.
Key Responsibilities:
Outbound Prospecting:
* Make high-volume outbound calls to targeted UK companies (50+ employees).
* Engage with Retail, Software Development, Energy & Utilities, and Fintech sectors (excluding government).
Lead Qualification:
* Identify and qualify high-potential leads based on predefined criteria.
* Focus on engaging key decision-makers in IT and Cyber Security.
Pitch & Value Proposition:
* Clearly communicate the benefits of our penetration testing and risk assessment services.
* Highlight the importance of robust cyber security strategies.
Appointment Setting:
* Schedule discovery calls or qualified meetings for the sales team.
* Ensure a seamless handover of leads.
Data Management:
* Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in Pipedrive CRM.
Collaboration:
* Work closely with the Commercial Manager to refine messaging and improve campaign strategy.
Adaptability & Reporting:
* Adjust strategies based on market feedback and campaign updates.
* Provide tri-weekly reports (Monday, Wednesday, and Friday) on call outcomes, appointment setting rates, and pipeline status.
Proven experience in outbound sales, business development, or lead generation.
Strong communication and persuasion skills.
Experience in Cyber Security, IT Services, or SaaS sales (preferred but not required).
Ability to work independently and meet targets.
Experience using CRM tools (Pipedrive preferred).
What We’re Looking For:
Experience in B2B Outbound Calling:
* Proven track record in lead generation, telemarketing, or business development.
* Previous experience in cyber security sales is a strong advantage.
Strong Communication Skills:
* Excellent verbal and written communication.
* Ability to build rapport and confidently engage with IT Managers, CIOs, CTOs, CISOs, and other senior decision-makers.
Tech-Savvy:
* Basic understanding of cyber security concepts or the ability to quickly grasp technical offerings.
Results-Driven Mindset:
* Goal-oriented, with a focus on achieving and exceeding targets in outbound prospecting and lead qualification.
Organised & Detail-Oriented:
* Experience with CRM tools (Pipedrive preferred) for managing data and tracking leads.
* Ability to follow structured sales processes while maintaining accuracy.
Flexible & Adaptable:
* Willingness to adjust approach based on campaign changes and market feedback.
* Open to continuous learning and refining strategies.
