This role will be telephone based (both in and outbound calls) where you’re required to sell insurance policies to clients who are actively looking to us for insurance – there is no cold-calling!!
Insurance Sales Specialist: £22,000 – £24,000
Within the first 12 months, you could realistically increase your starting salary by £5,000 with bonuses and overtime payments.
Once established in the role, annual earnings of in excess of £30K are realistically achievable with salary, bonuses (up to £750 per month subject to performance) and voluntary paid overtime.

100% remote/home working roles, or a hybrid role between office and home working, are also available throughout the UK.
Requirements:
Good communication skills, basic computer skills, you should have some confidence and be someone who is friendly, helpful and has an engaging personality.
The Role:
Your duties will primarily be telephone based; receiving calls from prospective customers, taking all relevant information, providing quotations for motor, commercial and household insurance and securing the sale of the policy. Customers will need to be advised of policy details. You will take payments to initiate cover, deal with online quotations, and contact customers that have requested callbacks.
Successful candidates will be given full training on our products and how to use the computer system. You will be trained in insurance underwriting and will learn sales techniques to help place and secure business. No previous sales experience is required but good communication skills that could translate to a confident and friendly telephone manner are essential for this position.

Hours of Work:
We pride ourselves on our flexible working benefits and the control it provides our staff. During the training process, you will work 32 hours per week, but once trained you can benefit from our flexible working hours, as outlined below.
Flexible Working Hours:
Decide whether you work 30 or 35 hours on a weekly basis depending on your personal commitments. Essentially, you’re in control of when you want to work the majority of your hours. And, as Adrian Flux is open for 60 hours per week, you have a lot of flexibility in this regard.
You can even choose to work no weekends or evenings if this works better for your schedule.
Flexible working benefits available between Monday to Friday 9am to 7pm all year round. Talk to us about your preferred working pattern.
Saturdays are optional but we are open between 9am to 3pm.
Sundays are optional but we are open from 10am to 2pm.
