About the Job This executive role will involve overseeing a group of business units within a growing portfolio, ensuring strategic alignment and operational excellence. You will play a key role in driving financial performance, supporting M&A activities, and contributing to overarching growth strategies. Duties will include: Developing and executing strategic plans to achieve divisional and company-wide objectives. Overseeing the performance of multiple business units to ensure efficiency and profitability. Managing budgets, forecasting revenues, and identifying cost-saving initiatives. Supporting M&A activities by identifying and acquiring target businesses. Mentoring business unit leaders to foster leadership development and continuous learning. Enhancing operational processes and ensuring compliance with industry regulations. Acting as a key liaison between business units and executive leadership.
