Job Overview An accurate, confidential and supportive administration service for patients, clinical teams, carers and internal and external agencies (e.g. Local Authority, Third Sector, CAIS) in order to: Provide a safe and efficient patient pathway and provide information and appropriate support to families and carers The post holder will ensure the delivery of a comprehensive high quality medical secretarial and administrative service to the consultant doctor and junior medical team and specialist nursing teams, other health professionals. The post holder will be responsible for the guidance and direction of the team dealing with appropriate day to day issues to oversee the smooth running of the department and providing support to the line manager. To maintain the office organisation and monitor the workload related to the administration team.
