As we expand our operations, we are seeking more skilled Project Managers to join the We Make Studio team. Role Overview: We are looking for an innovative Project Manager with a strong background in the experiential and exhibitions industry. This role demands a creative problem-solver who thrives in managing complex projects with unique, sometimes untested fabrications and finishes. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of managing intricate builds and delivering projects within tight deadlines. We are looking for someone experienced in the construction of physical fabrications, with a good understanding of workshop construction and materials. Key Responsibilities: Plan, execute, and oversee the end-to-end project management of exhibition and experiential projects, from concept to completion. Work closely with creative agencies and clients to establish realistic timelines and expectations, ensuring a seamless communication flow. Coordinate and manage all aspects of project delivery, including resource allocation, schedule management, and on-site execution. Navigate the challenges of innovative project elements, ensuring quality control and adherence to unique design specifications. Some times, delivery which has not yet ever been delivered Oversee and maintain project budgets, throughout the execution phase to deliver high-quality results within clients financial constraints. Travel to national and international locations as needed to oversee project installations and ensure successful delivery. Requirements: Proven experience in project management within the experiential and exhibitions industry. Strong ability to manage projects with unique requirements and under high pressure. Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail. Strong communication skills with the ability to manage client relationships effectively. Willingness to travel internationally to project sites. Residency within commuting distance to Wickford is preferred, but not required.
