Job Summary:
• Manage a team of 5 providing catering to 600 staff and guests on a Monday to Friday basis.
• Ensure high quality day-to-day catering services and menus that exceed expectations.
• Maintain health, safety, and hygiene standards, including dietary requirements and allergens.
• Oversee stock and financial control.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide high-end client catering in a busy business and industry contract.
• Develop and implement menus that exceed client expectations.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene regulations.
• Manage stock and financial control.
Requirements:
• Experience as a Head Chef or Chef Manager in a similar volume setting.
• Proven track record of success and drive to increase standards.
• Knowledge of modern food trends and commerciality.
• Ability to manage a team and ensure high-quality service.
Salary:
• £35,000 per annum.
