We are looking for an organised professional to join our clients team. This role will be working within the FMCG industry in a fast-paced environment and supportive team.
Responsibilities:
1. Update and monitor all intakes and stock levels on all retail packaging.
2. Manage POs, delivery notes and invoice matching.
3. Update the Operations Director weekly on levels and orders placed.
4. Monitor stock levels against sales.
5. Order and manage intake documentation against invoices.
6. Monitor invoices vs usage and stock take records.
7. Order new deliveries as required. Co-ordinate with OF to arrange pickups.
8. Support on onboarding new team members through agencies and external recruitment.
9. Holiday planning and management with Operations Director.
10. Book couriers.
11. Follow up on PODs and deliveries.
12. Support with H&S.
13. Waste management reporting.
14. Support with haulier management/ bookings/ complaints/ fines/ credits/ invoices.
15. PO confirmations.
16. Track all claims by customer.
17. Support for input all orders and produce information to retail production as needed.
18. General admin, reporting and office support when needed.
19. Order management.
20. Support with e-commerce site.
The basic hours are Monday to Friday, 40 hours a week.
