Department: Fundraising
Location: 410 Linthorpe Road,
Time Requirement: Flexible to suit you.
1-4 days per week office based between hours of Monday and Friday, 9.00am to 5.00pm
DBS Check needed? No
Age Requirements: From 18 years old plus
Role Summary: The Role is to support the fundraising team with administrative support, such as producing thank you letters, helping with event administration.
What We Need You To Do
1. Manage incoming and outgoing telephone communications to ensure a high level of customer service.
2. Assist with the maintenance of Constituent records.
3. Taking post to Post Office, when appropriate.
4. Assist with preparation for events as required.
5. Keeping internal information confidential and respecting staff members.
6. Communicating when not able to attend a shift.
What You Need To Bring To The Role
1. Ability to work in a team
2. Good attention to detail
3. Good Microsoft Office skills
