Key Responsibilities:
* Draft and produce letters of guarantee for patients in line with healthcare provider policies and insurance requirements.
* Ensure interpreters are scheduled in advance and confirm availability to meet the needs of patients.
* Arrange timely and efficient transportation for patients traveling to and from appointments.
* Verify and manage prescriptions, ensuring patients receive correct medications.
* Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records, including appointment schedules, referrals, prescriptions, and invoices.
* Follow up with purchase orders, ensuring all items are received and packaged for shipments to Dubai.
* Perform general administrative tasks such as filing, answering emails, and handling office correspondence.
* Redirect calls to the appropriate department or staff member as necessary.
* Any tasks or responsibilities as requested by management within the scope of the position.
Knowledge and Skills:
* Proven experience in an administrative role.
* Proficiency in MS Office and database management.
