Job Title: Secondary SEN Tutor

Job Duties:
* Provide specialised educational support to secondary school students with Special Educational Needs (SEN)
* Develop and implement individualised learning plans based on students' specific needs
* Deliver engaging and effective tutoring sessions to help students achieve academic goals
* Monitor and assess student progress, adjusting teaching strategies as needed
* Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other professionals to support student learning
Required Qualifications:
* Experience working with students with SEN
* Knowledge of SEN support strategies and techniques
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to tailor teaching approaches to meet individual student needs
Education:
Relevant qualification in Education or Special Educational Needs
Experience:
Demonstrated experience working as a tutor or teacher with SEN students
Knowledge and Skills:
* Understanding of SEN regulations and best practises
* Ability to create a supportive and inclusive learning environment
* Proficiency in assessing student needs and developing suitable learning plans
Preferred Qualifications:
* Additional certifications in SEN education
* Experience with different SEN conditions

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
