Our client, a very well-established technical recruitment company, is seeking a driven Recruitment Consultant to join their team in the Midlands. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced recruiter to make a significant impact within a dynamic organisation.
Position Overview
As a Recruitment Consultant, you will play a pivotal role in connecting top talent with leading organisations across various technical sectors. You will manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from initial client consultation to candidate placement, ensuring a seamless and positive experience for all stakeholders.
Desks are warm and cover both temp and perm.
Work from home 1-2 days a week.
Responsibilities
1. Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and candidates within specialist sectors.
2. Source and screen candidates using diverse methods, including job boards, social media, and networking.
3. Conduct interviews and assess candidate suitability for specific roles.
4. Negotiate offers and manage the placement process, ensuring a smooth transition.
5. Contribute to the company's growth by consistently meeting and exceeding targets.
