Location: Stoke and Staffordshire
Working Hours: Monday to Friday, term-time only

Teaching Personnel is currently seeking dedicated Teaching Assistants to work in SEN schools, in the Staffordshire area. This rewarding role involves helping students with a range of needs, including autism, learning difficulties, and physical impairments, to achieve their full potential.
Key Responsibilities:
* Assist teachers in delivering engaging and personalized lessons tailored to individual student needs.
* Provide one-on-one and small group support to help students develop academically, socially, and emotionally.
* Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, including therapists and support staff, to create a nurturing and inclusive environment.
Candidate Requirements:
* Experience or interest in working with children with SEN.
* Strong communication and teamwork skills.
* A caring, patient, and proactive approach.
To Be Eligible for This Role Through Teaching Personnel, You Must:
* Hold the right to work in the UK.
* Have an enhanced child DBS certificate registered with the update service or be willing to apply for one.
* Provide two professional references covering the last two years.
