Contracts Administrator: We are looking for a highly organised Contracts Administrator to support our Project Management team in the day-to-day administration of complex national painting and decorating contracts. The Role : You will be joining Bagnalls, a well-established national painting and decorating contractor. As a Contracts Administrator, you will provide vital administrative support to the Branch Manager and Project Managers, helping to ensure the successful delivery of national projects. This is a permanent, full time, office-based role. You: In this role, you will be an integral part of our Special Projects team. Youll help ensure smooth operations by assisting with project documentation, communications, and other administrative tasks. This role is ideal for someone with previous administrative experience, ideally in construction, utilities, or facilities management. Key Responsibilities: Provide administrative support to the Project Management team. Assist with document management, including contracts, reports, and correspondence. Coordinate schedules, meetings, and internal/external communications. Help track project timelines and milestones. Assist with invoicing and paperwork related to project progress. Organise and maintain project files and ensure information is easily accessible. Skills & Experience Required: Previous administrative experience is essential. Experience in the construction, utilities, or facilities management sector is desirable. Strong organisational skills and attention to detail. Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook). Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Proactive attitude and a willingness to learn new skills. Desirable Criteria: Previous experience in supporting project teams within the construction or related sectors. Knowledge of project documentation and contract administration processes.
