Due to our continued growth and new contract wins, we are now seeking a Customer Service Apprentice to join our team. This role is perfect for someone eager to learn in a dynamic environment, with opportunities to develop multiple skills and gain exposure across various business units.

Responsibilities:
* Taking customer calls and managing enquiries
* Handling customer queries and providing solutions
* Managing and responding to customer emails
* Using a case management system to track and resolve issues
* Providing support to the customer service team with administrative tasks
* Assisting with the preparation of customer service reports

Requirements:
* Previous experience using IT systems
* Effective communication skills

* Maths and English grade 4 or above (functional skills L2)
