What you will be doing:
1. Leading a team in creating an exceptional and memorable retail experience for the guests on board
2. Leading and inspiring the team to provide exceptional customer service, whilst delivering sales and profit targets
3. Setting an example for your team by acting as a role model
4. Identify and deliver training requirements within your team
5. Take ownership of your client base including outreach to clients for events such as private sale, in-store events and product knowledge
6. Consistently deliver the highest possible standards both on the shop floor and in back office operations
Who you are:
7. Proven experience as a Retail Manager or Assistant Manager (ideally with experience at sea)
8. Motivated in leading a team to achieve and exceed sales targets
9. Excellent face to face customer service and sales ability, utilising strong communication and interpersonal skills
10. Proven ability in public speaking and showcasing luxury items
11. Adaptable to change and able to work in a high-pressure environment
12. A strong leader and team player who is commercially driven and goal orientated
13. Highly competent in store and HR processes including sales reports, loss prevention, audits, appraisals, disciplinaries etc
14. Excellent numeracy and literacy skills
