Overview The Head of Digital Marketing will drive UKG EMEA's digital marketing strategy and oversee the execution of compelling campaigns designed to engage targeted audiences. This pivotal role is instrumental in elevating the UKG brand, driving customer acquisition through effective lead generation, and fostering enhanced engagement across all digital platforms. The Head of Digital Marketing will lead a dynamic team, define and achieve strategic objectives, and collaborate extensively with key stakeholders to ensure the seamless delivery of impactful digital marketing initiatives. Key Responsibilities Strategic Leadership: - Devise and implement a robust digital marketing strategy that aligns seamlessly with the broader business objectives. - Continuously identify emerging trends and leverage insights to optimise marketing spend and overall performance. - Establish and rigorously monitor KPIs to gauge the success of all digital marketing efforts. Qualifications and Requirements Educational Background: - Bachelor's degree in marketing, Communications, Business, or a closely related discipline. Professional Experience: - A proven track record of success in digital marketing, with a minimum of 10 years of relevant experience. - Extensive hands-on experience in managing paid campaigns, SEO/SEM, social media, and digital content strategies. - Proficiency in using analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics 4), marketing automation platforms (e.g., Eloqua), and CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce). - Proficiency in A/B testing methodologies and tools to optimise campaign elements such as messaging, landing pages, and user flows. - Demonstrated expertise in personalisation techniques, leveraging tools and platforms to create bespoke customer experiences.
