We’re actively looking for Planning Engineers at all levels to provide support for our teams at Westlakes and on site at Sellafield. Key Responsibilities: Lead project planning activities using Primavera P6 for large-scale construction projects. Develop, manage, and maintain project schedules, ensuring accuracy and alignment with project objectives. Collaborate with project controls and planning teams to ensure resources are allocated effectively and schedules are achievable. Provide ongoing support to Program and Project Managers, offering insights on schedule performance, risks, and mitigation strategies. Monitor and report on critical path activities, key milestones, and any variances from the project plan. Ensure data is accurately inputted into project systems, providing detailed and actionable reports to stakeholders. Evaluate new project proposals to establish realistic and achievable timelines for successful delivery. Qualifications: Significant experience of (WBS) Work Breakdown Structures. Strong Primavera (P6), MS Project and MS Excel skills. Strong knowledge of integrated project controls, and the ability to assess project performance and maturity. Demonstrable experience in successfully planning projects of varying levels of complexity and in different stages of the Project Lifecycle. Ability to constructively challenge the project performance and data with the IPT to ensure the project plans and schedules reflect reality and mitigate risk to the business.
