The Rallye Motor Company, Long Island's premier luxury automotive group, has an immediate opportunity for a BMW Product Genius with Rallye BMW! The BMW Genius is responsible for delivering comprehensive product information throughout the sales and aftersales processes.
Responsibilities for this position include:
* Maintain strong knowledge of BMW products, services, and processes through on-the-job-training to answer customer questions effectively and promote a high quality BMW image.
* Address client issues in a timely and effective manner; be available by phone and in the dealership to assist with any technological issues.
* Keep track of daily deliveries, assist salespeople, and thoroughly explain all the features of vehicles to clients.
* Assist in ensuring the safe and proper maintenance and use of physical resources such as exterior display and parking, showroom area, display systems, and demonstrator vehicles.
* Travel to clients’ homes as necessary for at-home deliveries and technology tutorials.
* Assist in dealer swaps when needed.
* Perform physical functions accurately and on time by actively listening and carefully following instructions and procedures.

PAY RANGE: $47,040 - $51,840 (Range consists of per hour rate and monthly bonuses)
Minimum Requirements:
* Excellent customer service skills, ability to go above customer expectations.
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills. By phone, in-person, and email/text.
* Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail.
* Ability to multitask and complete tasks on schedule.
* Proficient in Google Email, Sheets, Calendar.
* A clean/valid New York State Driver’s License.
