My client, a Transport company based in the Worcester area, is looking to recruit a Customer Service Administrator on a Temp to Perm basis.
The main elements of this role include:
1. Dealing with current customer enquiries in a timely and efficient manner.
2. Maintaining accurate records.
3. Dealing with all customer service issues as required.
4. Chasing late deliveries and dealing with any order discrepancies.
5. Liaising with accounts department to rectify outstanding account queries.
6. General admin support as required.
As a suitable candidate, you will offer the following:
1. Previous experience in a similar role.
2. Strong IT skills including MS Office and CRM.
3. Excellent communication skills.
4. An ability to get on with people at all levels.
The starting pay rate will be based on a salary of £25,397, which will increase to £27,000 when you move onto a permanent contract.
