Lead Clinician / Speech and Language Therapist
We are looking for a Lead Clinician & Speech and Language Therapist to join our team. You will be responsible for holding a therapy caseload with the support of our clinical network and growing Clinical Team, contributing to staff training and consultation.
About the Role
* You will work within the framework of our service policies and procedures to support the integration of our specific service in the day-to-day running of each provision.
* You will deliver the wellbeing and clinical rainbow strategy at a universal, enhanced, and specialist level to support our wider teams in meeting our pupils' needs in line with set Education, Health Plan (EHCP).
Your Responsibilities
* Holding a therapy caseload with the full support of our well-established and knowledgeable clinical network and growing Clinical Team.
* Contributing to staff training and consultation.
* Supporting the integration of our specific service in the day-to-day running of each provision.

Requirements
* Recognised degree in either Occupational Therapy, Speech & Language Therapy, Psychotherapy, or registered as a Practitioner Psychologist with the HCPC.
* Clear and concise report writing relating to clinical and research activities.
* Experience of providing supervision and supporting a therapy team.
* Full UK valid driving licence and access to own vehicle.
