Key Responsibilities:
Act as the first point of contact for colleagues seeking IT support via phone or email, providing remote troubleshooting through diagnostic techniques.
Assist in the management and implementation of IT Infrastructure projects, contributing to project delivery and success.
Offer initial triage responses, ticket logging, and escalate unresolved issues to the next level of IT support.
Contribute to the development and improvement of internal IT policies, processes, and procedures.Essential Skills & Experience:
Previous experience within a similar IT support role.
Strong troubleshooting skills, with the ability to diagnose and resolve technical issues remotely.
Experience with Office 365, Active Directory administration, Windows 7, 10, iOS, Android, and basic network troubleshooting.
Experience with Windows Server, VMware, and Nutanix is highly desirable.
