Job Title: Legal Secretary\n\nLocation: Southampton\n\nSalary: up to £27,500\n\nAre you an experienced Legal Secretary looking to join a fantastic, growing Law Firm? \n\nLegal Secretary Role Overview: \n\nBased in Southampton, our client is looking for an experienced Legal Secretary to join their Corporate team. You will be responsible for providing secretarial and administrative support to fee earners within your team.\n\nWhat the Legal Secretary role will involve: \n\nPreparing bills, CHAPs, and BACs payment requests\n\t\nTyping letters, memos, emails and meeting attendance notes\n\t\nLiaising with clients and fee earners via email and phone\n\t\nHandling enquires from external and internal stakeholders\n\t\nPreparation of documents\n\t\nGeneral secretarial and administrative duties\n\nWhat you’ll bring: \n\nExperience working as a Legal Secretary\n\t\nStrong organisational skills and be comfortable multitasking\n\t\nExcellent communication skills\n\t\nAttention to detail and be IT literate (specifically Word)\n\nAdditional benefits & information: \n\n26 days holiday + Bank holidays\n\t\nHybrid working\n\t\nSick Pay\n\t\nLife Cover\n\t\nPrivate Healthcare Scheme\n\t\nPlus much more!!\n\nIf you feel you have the skills and experience to match this Legal Secretary role, we would love to hear from you!
