Town Planner
Location: Chester
Key Responsibilities:
* Caseload Management: Handle and prioritize your own projects.
* Client Service: Deliver high-quality work and bespoke advice.
* Planning Applications: Prepare, submit, and manage applications; generate reports.
* Project Management: Collaborate with architects, consultants, and manage project meetings.
* Client Interaction: Engage with clients, Planning Officers, and other stakeholders.
* Team Support: Assist team members and share workload.
* Administration: Manage budgets, time recording, and invoicing.
Candidate Requirements:
* Qualifications: Ideally MRTPI qualified n.
* Skills: Strong interpersonal, IT, and Microsoft Office skills.
* Attributes: Self-motivated, team player, detail-oriented, with good time management.
