Your Role:
1. Work alongside a specialist group of cross-functional experts to identify, investigate and execute a plan or path to resolution leading to accelerated sales success.
2. Consult identified strategic businesses across the EMEA region to position Sabre as a true technology partner and leader.
3. Offer guidance across multiple functions/business units underpinned by data, analytics, segmented requirements and technology performance.
You Are Expected To:
1. Demonstrate a deep understanding of the industry ecosystem, customer ownership structures, personas and future strategies.
2. Determine and understand customer critical business issues to present and demonstrate Sabre’s capabilities as the best possible technology solution for a long term and mutually beneficial partnership.
3. Define what is needed to deliver the value that business decision makers seek and communicate how these planned changes will deliver tangible value and measurable benefits.
4. Use your critical thinking to assess current ways of working and identify opportunities for improvement as well as creativity to propose business solutions that add value.
5. Demonstrable experience in leading, managing and delivering value add solutions and strategies including managing complex stakeholder mapping through influence, perseverance and application of trusted change methodologies.
6. Use your experience of successful transformation projects to unlock enhanced solutions in large complex organisations.
7. Equip and support internal and external individuals and wider teams to fully realise the people and business benefits of transformational changes.
8. Stay informed of industry trends and emerging market opportunities to make data-driven decisions.
9. Lead RFQ and RFP processes across the EMEA region.
10. Manage internal and customer discussions ranging from technical contributors to C/VP level and present Leadership level overviews and business cases.
What You’ll Need:
1. 10+ years in a SaaS Sales management environment. Experience in identifying and capturing new business opportunities while expanding relationships with existing clients to foster long-term engagements.
2. Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build relationships and influence senior decision-makers.
3. A passion for understanding clients' needs and delivering tailored solutions to help them succeed.
4. A consistent track record of exceeding sales quotas and driving revenue growth in accordance with assigned individual and team targets.
5. A strong relevant network across the EMEA region.
6. Ability to work across various cultures; fluency in multiple languages will be an advantage.
