We are delighted to announce we are growing and have an opening for a French Speaking Administrative Assistant within our Business Support Division covering our Citations & Toll Management services across UK, Ireland, Spain and France Team. The division works in collaboration with multiple departments across the UK & EU on the deployment of commercial initiatives in accordance with the Company’s strategic objectives.. Responsibilities
The successful individual responsibilities include:
1. Responsibility for incoming correspondence.
2. Processing traffic violations including parking, speeding and bus lane penalties
3. Reconciling payments received from customers
4. Liaising directly with customers and local councils regarding queries on penalties
5. Problem-solving on outstanding payments
6. Providing support and information to our branch network
7. Managing timely invoice data entry
8. Reducing PCN Payments outside of local authority timeframes
9. Reducing Rejected Representation and more
Qualifications
The successful candidate will be required to demonstrate the following skills and attributes:
10. Ability to build internal & external relationships
11. Ability to demonstrate strong customer service skills
12. Demonstrated analytical skills
13. Ability to work independently and as part of a team
14. Great communication skills (Verbal and written) and attention to detail
15. Demonstrated time management skills
16. Knowledge of Microsoft Office products, internet and telephone skills
17. Demonstrate excellent organizational skills
18. Reliability and hard working
19. Fluent in French speaking/writing
Aditional Information:
Location: Staines, TW18 4HR
Salary: Up to £24,000 + bonus incentives
Hours: 40 hours per week – 8am-5pm Mon-Fri
