Quantity Surveyor with Civils/Groundworks required for an Es****** Main Contractor. The successful Quantity Surveyor will be working amongst an experienced commercial team, working closely with the Construction Director. The role will suit a Quantity Surveyor who is able to work autonomously and manage jobs of groundworks/civils nature through to practical completion with no serious guidance needed. A Quantity Surveyor who has experience managing groundworks/civils schemes for main contractors from pre-construction through to final account would be ideal but not essential. Projects for this business are typically new build ******ial, ranging from 2/3/4 bed traditional built houses to multi-storey apartment blocks. All projects are situated in the Es****** region.


The Quantity Surveyor will be based out of the Chelmsford office.



Quantity Surveyor – Key Skills

1. Civils/Groundworks experience
2. Recent hands-on commercial experience



Quantity Surveyor – Salary & Benefits

1. £65,000 - £80,000 per annum
2. Car Allowance
3. Bonus
