We are currently looking for an experienced Paralegal to join our Employment team and the successful applicant could be based either in Bristol or Leeds or fully remote. The purpose of the role is to run a caseload of Employment Tribunal files and support the existing Employment team with non-contentious work. Experience of case handling working in the employment field specifically is essential.
Work is mostly claimant tribunal litigation, with the potential to assist on respondent litigation. If successful, you will have a varied and interesting case load, with high quality work including discrimination and protected disclosure cases and plenty of scope for developing legal skills in a friendly, collegiate environment.
Hybrid working: This role would be based in either our Bristol or Leeds office, with a combination of home and office working (typically working 2 days in the Bristol or Leeds city centre office and 3 days from home). Depending on experience, there is the potential to agree fully remote working, with the requirement only to attend our offices occasionally. You would therefore need the infrastructure in place to work from home and will be provided with a company laptop.
Working hours: 35 hours per week, Monday to Friday, 7 hours per day, between the core working hours of 8am-6pm. Applications are encouraged from those looking for both full and part time roles. If you have any specific working pattern requirements and would like to discuss these, we’d love to hear from you, please contact .
