Position: Finance Director Property

This is a hybrid working role with a requirement to attend our Farringdon office in London, with flexibility required, in line with business needs.

Reporting into the Property, Tech and Central Functions Finance Director, you will act as Property Finance Director. Your responsibilities will include:
1. Membership of leadership teams within Property and Finance.
2. Directing and influencing strategic direction of functions.
3. Providing financial oversight and guidance in relation to finance and operational matters.
4. Instilling a performance management culture.
5. Setting of annual budgets ensuring targets are stretching and aligned with Group requirements.
6. Monitoring and reporting on business performance.
7. Driving continuous cost control and accountability.
8. Working with Group Property and Leadership team to implement the future vision/strategy for Property.
9. Membership of all relevant investment boards.
10. Line management of your team, providing direction and guidance.
About You
To excel in this role, you’ll need:
1. An excellent ability to communicate financial management concepts.
2. A proven track record of challenging and influencing key stakeholders.
3. Strong analytical and decision-making skills.
4. Experience in supporting development of medium and short-term business plans.
5. Significant experience of budget and target management.
6. A degree and professional financial qualification (CIMA, ACA, ACCA).
