Customer Service Administrator- Marina Leisure Operator

We are working with a successful, ambitious nationwide marina operator to find a Customer Service Administrator to support a cluster of marinas with their administration of mooring bookings and contracts.

Overview of Role:
1. Support the new customer onboarding process, ensuring the data is accurate and contracts are sent to customers promptly.
2. Process payments and carry out credit checks for new joiners.
3. Process renewals and contract terminations.
4. Build relationships with the marina managers, sales and head office teams, visiting marinas in your region from time to time and building trusting relationships.
5. Provide prompt and helpful email and telephone assistance to new and existing customer enquiries.
6. Produce monthly reports for each marina.
The ideal candidate:
7. Friendly, confident communicator who is self-motivated, well organised and has good attention to detail.
8. Experience working in a similar customer relationship management role such as within retail, leisure, fitness, recreation, hospitality, banking, automotive trade or estate agency.
9. Experienced in administering data and following processes accurately.
10. Experienced in using computer systems and ideally CRM software.
11. Have your own transport and living within commuting distance of Sawley, Long Eaton.
