Salary: Up to £44,000 depending on skills and experience What You’ll Be Doing Management of IT Infrastructure, Telephone network & Automated Access Control System Support building and HVAC equipment maintenance with the Engineering Manager & Operations Manager Assist Operations Manager with FM contracted services (hard and soft services) IAW current legislation & regulations Participate in the Opening and Closing rota for the MISC Building Manage and assist with the facilities within meeting and conference rooms (including daily checks) Assist with arrangements for VIP guests and visitors Undertake the duties of a Fire warden Essential Your skills and experiences: Experience within IT Infrastructure Previous experience working with Access control systems, Telephone and AV systems Desirable Degree qualified in a STEM subject or qualified by experience Root cause analysis experience Maintenance experience in both Planned and reactive Experience with FM activities and principles Applicants should ideally be Degree qualified or have equivalent experience, likely to be in a technology, engineering, science or IT related discipline. Applicants should be a Chartered Engineer or hold another equivalent professional registration with a relevant institution.
