We are looking for an experienced Systemic Family Therapist to join our forward-thinking North Somerset CAMHS. We have a commitment to systemic practice, recognizing the importance of a systemic perspective when working with children and young people.
The post holder will bring enthusiasm and leadership to the multi-disciplinary team and will offer consultation, supervision, and clinical expertise to ensure children and young people are offered effective systemic interventions. The service offers training opportunities to systemic family practitioners and MSc students; we have a commitment to the development and supervision of our systemic professionals with longstanding links to the University of Exeter.
The post will include taking the lead on the Eating Disorder pathway, coordinating systemic clinics, working with families, and upskilling others in the team.
Although this post is a Band 8a and aimed at more experienced Systemic Family Therapists, we are happy to consider and interview those who may be more recently qualified and interested in a 12-month development role. Both in-house and external training will be available as appropriate.
We look forward to meeting you.
