About the Role:
As our HR Administrator, you’ll be the backbone of our HR function—keeping everything running smoothly with your sharp attention to detail and top-notch organisational skills. From managing employee records to coordinating recruitment and onboarding, you’ll ensure that everything is accurate, efficient, and compliant.
Key Responsibilities:
✅ Maintain and update employee records, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality
✅ Support recruitment processes, including posting job adverts and scheduling interviews
✅ Assist with onboarding new employees, ensuring a seamless experience
✅ Prepare HR-related documents, contracts, and policies
✅ Manage HR databases and ensure compliance with company policies
✅ Handle general HR queries, offering support to employees and managers
✅ Coordinate training sessions and maintain records
What We’re Looking For:
